| 结合阳逻电厂的实际情况，对其原输煤控制系统进行改造，整个方案是建立一个车间级的控制系统，将所有输煤系统设备纳入该系统的监控范围，从而实现对翻车机、斗轮机、给煤机、胶带机系统的联合控制。系统分两层网络，第一层为以太网，由2台CS1－PLC组成，第二层网络为控制器网络，由10台C200Ha-PLC组成，分别控制各输煤设备，改造后的系统可以对各输煤设备进行监控与管理，而且具备和电厂MIS系统联网的能力，现已在阳逻电厂投入试运行，效果良好。 |

| Abstract: |
| Combined with the real condition s of Yangluo Power Plant ,the coal handling syste m has been retrofitted.The whole retrofitting scheme is to build a control system at workshop level,which supervises all the coal handling devices and controls the tipping device,bucket wheel ma chine,coal feeder and belt convey er system in a coordinated mode.The system con sists of two networks at dif ferent level.The top one is Eth ernet,which is made of two sets of CS1-PLC.The other is PLC network,which is made up of ten C200Ha-PLCs for controlling different coal han dling devices.The retrofitted system can monitor and manage these coal han dling devices and has the ability to link with the MIS of power plant .The system has put into operation with better effect. |
