基于短信技术的电机转子温度在线监测(Ⅰ)——系统原理与硬件组成

摘要:
为了实现大中型高压电机转子温度的在线监测,借助于计算机测控技术、移动通信技术以及短信服务.提出一种用于电机转子温度测量的无线测温系统.该系统由温度监控单元、温度采集单元以及移动通信网络组成.温度监控单元安装于监控中心,完成转子温度的数据处理、温度显示及超限报警.温度采集单元安装于电机转子上,实现转子温度的直接测量.移动通信网络构成温度监控单元与温度采集单元之间的无线数据传输通道,二者之间以短信方式实现数据的传输.

Abstract:
A wireless temperature measuring system is developed for on - line rotator temperature monitoring of large or medium high - voltage electric machines,which applies computer measuring and control technology,mobile communication technology and SMS(Short Message Service) technology. It is composed of temperature monitoring unit,temperature acquisition units and public mobile commu - nication network. The temperature monitoring unit is located in monitoring center,implementing the functions of data processing,temperature displaying and overheat alarming. The temperature acquisition unit is fixed to the rotator of electric machine,realizing direct measuring of rotator temperature. Data are transmitted by SMS between monitoring unit and acquisition units via public mobile communication system.
