天津电网黑启动方案

摘要:
针对天津电网的具体情况,对黑启动电源的选择、路径的选择、电气计算等问题进行了讨论。论述了黑启动电源为系统内具有自启动能力的机组和系统外来电源2种情况;介绍了子系统的划分及天津电网500 kV、220 kV、110 kV电网的路径选择;重点分析了对确定黑启动电源及路径参数的计算。用实例说明了子系统之间的合环,合环后稳态电流和合环冲击电流的计算;在负荷恢复的过程中,应该控制系统频率在49.5~50.5 Hz,电压在0.9~1.1 p.u.。

Abstract:
The selection of source and path as well as its calculation are discussed for Tianjin power grid black startup.It has two kinds of black startup sources:interior generator units with self-startup capability and exterior power supply.The division of subsystems and the path selection for 500 kV,220 kV and 110 kV nets are introduced.The parameter calculation for determining the sources and paths is emphasized.The loop-closing among subsystems and the calculation of loop-closing rush current and post-loop stable current is illustrated with examples.During load restoration,the system frequency should be controlled within 49.5~50.5 Hz and the system voltage within 0.9~1.1 p.u..
