单相SPWM逆变桥输出电压的谐波分析

摘要:
考虑逆变系统中死区及续流对输出电压的影响,利用双重傅里叶变换对单相全桥倍频三电平正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)逆变桥的输出电压进行了分析,定量地描述了其谐波分量,推导出无死区、有死区(补偿前后)的输出电压频谱公式,利用数据可视化技术描述了0~60kHz的谐波分布图。为了验证理论分析的准确性,利用Matlab7.01/Simulink建立模型进行仿真研究,并在逆变器样机上进行了实验,仿真与实验均验证了数学分析的正确性。研究结果表明,只有经充分补偿后,逆变桥输出电压的低次谐波才能得到有效抑制。

Abstract:
With the consideration of dead - time and flywheel diodes,the output voltage of single - phase double - frequency three - level SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) inverter bridge is analyzed using double Fourier transform. Its harmonic components are described quantitatively and its spectrum formulas are derived for three conditions:zero dead - time,nonzero dead - time without compensation and nonzero dead - time with compensation. Their harmonic distribution diagrams from 0 to 60 kHz are presented using digital visual technique. Its math model is built and simulated with Matlab7.01 / Simulink and experiments are carried out with prototype to verify the validity of theoretic analysis. Research results show that,only with the complete compensation,can the low - frequency harmonics of output voltage be effectively suppressed.
