10 kV电网设备防盗、防损坏系统报警阈值的分析

摘要:
针对10kV电网设备,从10kV电网始端和终端等效电路出发,对10kV电网设备防盗、防损坏报警系统阈值的选取进行了研究。报警器阈值主要由10kV三相线路对地电压决定,其他情况对阈值的选取影响不大。根据实际测量值最终确定了系统的报警阈值,尤其给出了10kV线路接地和断线(或剪断)故障的阈值范围,以便正确地报出接地故障和断线故障。实践证明选取的报警阈值是正确的。

Abstract:
The threshold selection of the theft and wreck alarm system for 10 kV electric power equipment is discussed by analyzing the equivalent circuits of 10 kV grid starting and ending points. The alarm thresholds are mainly determined by the phase - to - ground voltages of 10 kV three - phase lines,which may be modified by the actual measured values. The threshold ranges of grounding and broken 10 kV line faults are given for proper distinguishing the grounding line fault from the broken line fault. Practice proves that the selected alarm thresholds are correct.
