从北斗卫星信号覆盖范围?卫星授时精度?可扩展的用户容限等方面分析了将北斗授时应用于我国电力系统同步相量测量装置的可行性?北斗授时接收机输出的北斗1 pps(one pulse per second)信号存在较大的随机误差,但不存在累计误差;高精度晶振时钟信号不存在随机误差,在较短时间内累计误差也很小?根据两者误差的特点,建立误差数学模型,提出了利用高精度晶振在线修正北斗1 pps随机误差的方法?运用该技术将修正后的秒脉冲校准时间信息为同步相量测量装置提供精确的时间标签? |

Abstract: |
The feasibility of applying Beidou satellite navigation system to wide-area synchronous PMUs(Phasor Measurement Units) in China is analyzed from the coverage of satellite signal,timing precision, amount of users,etc. Beidou 1 pps(one pulse per second) signal exists big random error but not accumulative error;the high-precision crystal oscillator clock signal has not random error,and its accumulative error is also very small in a short time. According to these,a mathematical model of errors is established, and an online correction method is presented for Beidou 1 pps random errors by high-precision crystal oscillator. The corrected second pulse can provide precise time tags for PMUs. |
