基于PC104的风电机组状态监测系统设计

摘要:
为监控机组传动系统运行状态,提高风电场运行管理水平,提出一种多功能风电机组状态监测系统,能够对风电机组传动系统振动进行实时数据采集和监测,监测机舱内部明火及电气短路形成的烟雾,具备视频监控、语音交互及射频识别(RFID)功能。基于PC104总线平台建立多功能硬件系统,完成数据同步采集功能。实时采集的各种数据打包后通过网络协议传输给上位机监控软件,上位机不仅实现对多种信号的分类处理和实时监测,还可对传动系统监测数据进行分析和诊断。现场应用表明,该系统设计合理,充分发挥各功能作用,满足风电场需要。

Abstract:
A multi-functional state monitoring system based on PC104 bus is presented,which monitors the vibration of wind turbine driving system and detects the fire and smog caused by short circuit in real time with the functions of video surveillance,vocal interaction and radio frequency identification. The multi-functional hardware platform for synchronous data acquisition is based on PC104 bus. Various data acquired in real time are packaged and transferred to the superordinate computer through network,which sorts and processes them for analysis and diagnosis. The field application shows the designed system meets the actual requirements of wind farm.
