优化完善电网结构在节能减排领域中的应用

摘要:
以提升电网的输送能力、提高供电可靠性、降低电网损耗为目的,阐述了优化完善电网结构的必要性。首先,在发电侧实施“上大压小”工程,采用超超临界大机组替代原有高耗能小机组,降低能源损耗,优化电网的能源结构分布。其次,利用大截面导线、同杆双回路输电技术提升电网输送能力、降低线路损耗、节省输电走廊。同时,通过合理改变电网的运行方式,优化了电网的网架结构,提高了电网供电可靠性。最后,结合电网结构优化前后实例验证了优化完善电网结构对节能减排的重要促进作用,并产生了较大的节能效益。

Abstract:
The necessity and measures of power network structure optimization are introduced to improve its transmission capability,enhance its supply reliability and reduce its loss. The ultra-super critical unit is adopted to replace the small unit of high energy consumption to optimize the energy-source distribution and reduce loss of network. The technology of dual- loop transmission line on same tower and thicker transmission conductor are applied to enhance its transmission capability,reduce its line loss and save its transmission corridor. The rational change of operating mode is used to optimize the grid structure for improving its supply reliability. Case study shows that the power network structure optimization plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction.
