智能变电站监控系统时间体系研究

摘要:
研究了智能变电站二次设备IEEE1588对时原理,分析了现有的主要时间参考系的区别,结合工程实践提出了智能变电站监控系统时间参考系的应用原则。由于智能变电站测控装置的开关量采样模块前移至智能终端,提出了智能变电站事件顺序(SOE)时间精度的测量方法,通过软件IEEE1588对时试验验证了只有采用智能终端就地打时标才能满足SOE时间精度要求。

Abstract:
The time synchronization principle of IEEE1588 for the secondary equipment of intelligent substation is studied,the difference among existing main time reference systems is analyzed,and the application principle of time reference system is proposed based on engineering practices for the monitoring system of intelligent substation. As the binary signal acquisition module of the measuring and control system has been moved down to the intelligent terminal,a way to test the SOE time accuracy of intelligent substation is put forward. The results of IEEE1588 time synchronization test verifies that the SOE time accuracy is guaranteed only when the time tag is stamped at the intelligent terminal.
