基于非线性方法抑制特高压联络线功率波动的控制策略仿真

摘要:
针对现有特高压自动发电控制(AGC)策略存在省网调缺乏协调、特高压联络线功率存在长时间波动现象等缺点,提出了一种基于非线性PI控制的抑制特高压联络线功率波动策略。该策略在设置网调调节死区的基础上,结合网调和省调机组的实际出力,计算出区域控制误差(ACE)作为新的网调调节目标,不断调整比例、积分增益参数,使其随着ACE的变化而变化,进一步提高抑制特高压联络线功率波动的能力。对华中电网的仿真结果表明了该控制策略的有效性。

Simulation of power control strategy based on nonlinear method for UHV tieline

Abstract:
Aiming at the defects of existing AGC(Automatic Generation Control) strategies for UHV power network:the lack of coordination between provincial and regional grids,and the long-time power fluctuation of UHV tieline,an improved strategy based on nonlinear PI control is presented,which sets the regulation dead zone of regional grid,calculates the ACE(Area Control Error) according to the actual power outputs of provincial and regional grids,and takes it as the new control target of regional grid. The proportional and integral parameters of controller vary along with the varying ACE to further restrain the power fluctuation of UHV tieline. Simulative results for Central China Power Grid show the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
