| SCL配置文件在工程应用中缺乏功能完备的第三方测试工具。通过对实际工程中配置文件出现的问题进行分析总结，结合《DL／T 860实施技术规范》和《IEC61850工程继电保护应用模型》的要求，提出了具体的配置文件测试项。在VC++ 6.0环境下采用MSXML 4.0工具开发了配置文件专用测试软件，并给出了该软件XML解析模块、链表存储和内存释放模块、SCL校验模块、人机交互界面模块、标准数据模板文件的实现方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| There is no powerful test tool of SCL configuration file for engineering applications. The SCL configuration file problems existing in substation engineering are analyzed and the detailed test items of SCL configuration file are put forward according to “Technical Specification of DL／T860 in Engineering” and “Relay Protection Models of IEC61850 in Engineering”． The test software of SCL configuration file is programmed with MSXML 4.0 in VC++ 6.0 environment and the implementation of its five modules are introduced in detail：XML parsing module，link list creation and memory release module，SCL check module，user interface module and standard data module. |
