半桥双降压式逆变器的电压谐振控制策略

摘要:
半桥双降压式逆变器通常采用的电压电流双闭环控制策略不能使逆变器获得足够高的稳态精度。为了克服这一缺点,在构建半桥双降压式逆变器数学模型的基础上,分析了一种改进型谐振控制器。该控制器在谐振点处可以将输入信号的幅值放大,但不改变输入信号的相位,因此可以将谐振控制器和传统的电压电流双闭环控制器结合构成新的电压谐振控制器。该控制方法提高了逆变器的稳态精度,且控制器不需要采用数字电路,仅用简单的模拟电路就可实现,控制器参数的设计简单。研制了一台采用电压谐振控制策略的 6 kV·A半桥双降压式逆变器的原理样机,实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:
Aiming at the insufficient steady-state accuracy of half-bridge dual-Buck inverter applying the dual close-loop control of voltage and current,an improved resonance controller is analyzed based on its mathematical model,which magnifies the amplitude of input signal at the resonance point,without phase change. The voltage resonance controller is formed by combining the improved resonant controller with the traditional dual close-loop controller of voltage and current to enhance the steady-state accuracy of inverter,which is realized only by simple analog circuit with easy parameter design. A 6kV·A prototype applying voltage resonance controller is developed and experimental results show the correctness of theoretical analysis.
