电力系统暂态稳定性闭环控制(一)——简单电力系统暂态不稳定判别原理

摘要:
随着广域动态信息测量系统的发展,发电机运动轨迹可以实时测量获得,使得暂态稳定性的闭环控制可能实现。通过研究角速度-功角相平面上拐点曲线附近的方向场,发现并证明了理想发电机运动轨迹由凹区域进入凸区域后系统暂态不稳定。提出一个由相轨迹斜率表示的形式简单、实时性强的不稳定判据,该判据为启动稳定控制措施提供依据。在PSASP中搭建的单机无穷大系统的仿真结果表明,所提不稳定判据适应不同的系统参数、故障类型以及复杂的多次扰动情况,具有快速性和准确性。

Abstract:
With the development of WAMS(Wide Area Measurement System),the trajectory of generator can be obtained in real time,which makes the closed-loop control of transient stability possible. The direction field near the inflection point curve on the angular velocity-power angle phase plane is researched and it is found and verified that,the system is transiently unstable when the trajectory of ideal generator enters the convex area from the concave area. An instability criterion simply expressed by the slope of phase trajectory and calculated in real time is proposed,which is used to initiate the stability control. A single-machine infinite-bus system is built in PSASP and the simulative results show that,the proposed instability criterion is fast and accurate,suitable for different system parameters,fault types and complicated multiple disturbances.
