智能变电站采样值组网分布式同步技术及应用

摘要:
在分析常规采样值组网技术的基础上,提出了一种智能变电站过程层采样值组网分布式同步技术。该技术的具体思路为:每个采样值输出设备内具有1个IEEE 1588主时钟,该时钟无需接受外同步,按本地晶振频率运行;采样值接收设备中各从时钟对应跟踪相应的主时钟,在接收到采样值输出设备的采样值后,利用回溯插值算法实现采样数据的同步。与常规的采样值组网方式相比,该技术省去了全局外同步系统,可靠性更高。现场测试结果表明,所提技术可以保证采样的同步性,性能稳定。

Abstract:
The conventional SV(Sampling Value) network technology is analyzed and a kind of distributed synchronization technology of SV network is proposed for the process layer of smart substation. Its concept is that:each SV sending device has an IEEE 1588 master clock,which,without external synchronization,operates based on the local crystal frequency and is tracked by the slave clock of each SV receiving device;the SV receiving device receives the SV data from the SV sending device and synchronizes them by the backtracking interpolation. Compared to the conventional SV network method,the proposed technology does not need the global external synchronization system and has higher reliability. The results of field test show that,the sampling synchronization and performance stability are ensured.
