运用紫外荧光法定量检测SF6特征分解产物SO2

摘要:
根据SF6特征分解组分SO2的光谱吸收特性和荧光特性,设计了一套紫外荧光检测系统,试验研究了低体积分数情况下SO2气体体积分数与其紫外激发的光子计数之间的关系,并研究了温度和压强对检测信号的影响。检测结果表明,对于低体积分数SO2气体,其体积分数与荧光强度线性相关,系统的检测线性度达到0.996 7, SF6中SO2的检测极限为1.109 4×10-6(信噪比为1 dB)。此外,系统的本底计数值不受温度和气压变化的影响,而SO2荧光计数值随着温度和气压的升高,均会呈现较强的增长趋势,这为系统的进一步优化提供了依据。

Quantitative detection of SO2 produced by SF6 decomposition based on ultraviolet fluorescence method

Abstract:
According to the spectral absorption characteristics and fluorescence characteristics of SO2, an ultraviolet fluorescence detection system is designed. The relationship between the low concentration of SO2 and its fluorescence intensity is studied. The influences of temperature and pressure on detected signal are researched. Results show that the relationship between the concentration of SO2 and its fluorescence intensity is linear for SO2 with low concentration, the linearity is 0.996 7 and the detection limit is 1.109 4×10-6 with signal to noise ratio of 1 dB. In addition, the background signals are not affected by changes of temperature and pressure, while the SO2 fluorescence signals show a strong growth trend with the increase of temperature and pressure, which provides a basis for further optimization of the system.
