摘要:
电动汽车(EV)在我国的快速发展和规模化应用,为开展利用车入网(V2G)技术调控集群EV参与电力辅助服务提供了基础。在建立计及V2G技术参与辅助服务的EV充放电经济调控模型的基础上,采用上海地区相关统计数据,分析集群EV参与电力辅助服务的调节能力与潜在经济价值以及EV规模化发展带来的环境效益。仿真结果表明:集群EV参与辅助服务能够在降低用户成本的同时,为当地电网提供削峰填谷服务,且EV规模化发展可有效减少当地的CO2排放量;进一步分析发现EV充放电功率、峰谷电价比例的增大以及电池成本的下降将增加V2G应用的经济效益。

Abstract:
The rapid development and large-scale application of EVs(Electric Vehicles) in China has provided a foundation for the implementation of V2G(Vehicle to Grid) technology to regulate cluster EVs to participate in the auxiliary service. Based on the economic regulation model of EV charging and discharging with V2G technology participating in auxiliary services, the regulation ability and potential economic value of cluster EVs participating in auxiliary service and the environmental benefits brought by large-scale development of EVs are analyzed by using relevant statistical data of Shanghai area. Simulative results show that cluster EVs’ participation in auxiliary service can not only reduce user cost, but also provide peak load shifting service for the local power grid, and the large-scale development of EVs can effectively reduce local CO2 emissions. Further analysis shows that, with the increase of EV charging and discharging power and peak-valley electricity price ratio and the decrease of battery cost, the economic benefits of V2G application will increase.
