摘要: |
针对电力企业各种信息管理系统普遍存在的信息资源短缺与资源浪费之间的矛盾,提出采用系统集成技术建设新一代电力管理信息系统。系统集成技术将集成技术推广、提高,从整个系统的角度上进行分步优化,在室整体性能的最优,它包括系统集成的策略、技术、设计思路3个方面。三者分别是金字塔型的电力信息系统的框架设计策略;既保护现有信息资源又实现系统更新的以数据集成为核心的软硬件集成技术;需求分析等方面的系统设计思路。在实践中证明它保证了系统的先进性、实用性,又利用了已有投资,大大缩短了系统开发周期。 |

Abstract: |
According to the antinomy between information deficiency and information wasting in electric power enterprise's MIS, the system integration technology to construct modern electrical management information system is put forward. It develops and enhances integration technology, and optimizes MIS from whole system. The strategy of pyramidal MIS structure design for electric power enterprises, integration technology of software and hardware focused on data integrationn, and system design ideas around demand analysis are presented. The practices show that it can not only cut down the investment and development period, but also ensure the advanced level and practicality. |
