数据融合技术在变电站选址中的应用

摘要:
变电站选址工作不仅涉及诸多电网信息,还与规划区域内的地理空间信息密切相关。为了全面考虑各相关因素,提高选址的科学性和工作效率,提出了将数据融合技术应用于变电站选址。从像素级数据融合的D-S证据理论到决策级融合的层次分析综合评判方法,为解决包含多因素的选址问题提供了新的思路。最后,通过算例证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:
Substation locating involves the information of power net,as well as the geo-spatial in-formation,within the planning area.In order to consider more relative factors and improve the scien-tificalness and work efficiency of substation locating,data fusion technology is applied.From the D-S(Dempster-Shafer)evidential theory for image element level data fusion to the Analytic Hierar-chy Process general evaluation method for decision making level data fusion,it provides a new so-lution for multi-factor substation locating.The example shows its efficiency.Supported by Henan's science and technology key project(991140229).
