配电网安全控制模型及算法

摘要:
从配电网的供电安全性出发,根据配电网的结构和电气特点,提出了较为完整的配电网安全控制的模型和算法。主要包括基于蚁群优化ACO(Ant Colony Optimization)算法的预防控制方法,以及基于用户分级思想、分层切负荷概念和ACO算法的校正控制方法。前者能够有效地提高配电网的供电安全性,在较大程度上增强系统对负荷波动的承受能力和对偶然事故的应变能力;后者则是处理事故的一种有效手段,使最终的控制策略能够得到更为高效的实施,同时,对于配电网的安全性评价也有很大帮助。

Abstract:
Started with power supply security of distribution networks and based on its structure and electrical characteristic,a kind of model and algorithm of security control for distribution net-works is proposed,including the preventive control based on ACO(Ant Colony Optimization)and the corrective control based on customer ranking,layered loads cut and ACO.The former improves the power supply security of distribution networks efficiently,strengthens the capability in treating occasional faults of the systems.The latter is an efficient means to manipulate the faults,which makes the control strategy implemented more efficiently and helps greatly the assessment of distri-bution networks security.
