区域分布式电压无功监测与优化控制系统

摘要:
区域分布式电压无功监测与优化控制系统采用分层、分布式的网络结构。最底层为电压无功补偿装置。介绍了系统主要的控制、管理、数据采集、故障(检测、记录、保护等)处理功能。系统以网损最小和电压水平最好为目标函数,对系统进行无功优化。阐述了潮流、安全约束条件.说明了实现配电系统区域电压无功优化的实时监测与控制调节的几种情况。该系统的投运可解决分散就地电压无功补偿装置监控难、维护难的问题,又可改善配电网的电压质量。

Abstract:
The areal voltage and reactive power measuring and optimal control system adopts lay-ered and distributed network architecture,with the voltage and reactive power compensation equip-ment at the bottom.Its main functions are introduced,such as control,management,data acquisition,fault processing,and so on.It takes the least net loss and the best voltage level as the object func-tions to optimize system reactive power.The constraints of power flow and net safety and the regu-lation for several operating conditions in real-time areal voltage and reactive power measuring and control of power distribution system are introduced.The system may improve the voltage quality of power distribution network and ease the monitoring and maintenance of decentralized voltage and reactive power compensation devices.
