| 首先阐述了湖南电网监测系统的基本要求及总体方案设计，提出了在监测软件实现过程中需要解决的关键问题；然后从数据读入、数据处理和数据共享等方面进行了详细的研究：提出了基于Linux操作系统、通过采用多内核缓冲区和数据库等技术以保证监测系统的实时性和可靠性的解决方案，实践结果表明方案是可行的。 |

| Abstract: |
| The technical requirements and frame design for Hunan power grid state monitoring system are introduced. The key problems,which should be solved during the implementation of monitoring software,are then given. After detailed study on data accessing,processing and sharing,a solution to ensure the real-time performance and reliability of the monitoring system is put forward,which uses the techniques such as core-buffers and database based on Linux system.Practical result verifies its feasibility. |
