数据源端维护技术在继电保护信息系统中的应用

摘要:
针对数据源端维护技术对继电保护业务支撑不足的现状,提出继电保护信息系统实现模型及通信数据源端维护的方法。首先介绍了数据源端维护技术的概念和实现,分析了该技术应用于继电保护信息系统建模和通信尚存在的问题。针对主站公共信息模型(CIM)中继电保护信息模型过于简单,难以为继电保护业务提供数据支撑的问题,提出了在主站CIM中扩充继电保护信息模型的方法。针对继电保护信息系统主子站之间通信规约无法描述和传输模型,造成模型语义缺失的问题,提出了继电保护信息系统主子站之间采用IEC61850通信的解决方案。最后以继电保护故障分析应用为例,介绍了如何在主站CIM中扩充保护故障分析模型,以及主子站之间采用IEC61850通信碰到的一些问题及解决方法。

Abstract:
Aiming at the insufficient support of data source maintenance technology to the relay protection business,a method of modeling and communication data source maintenance is presented for the relay protection information system. The concept and implementation of data source maintenance technology are introduced and the defects of its application in the relay protection information system are analyzed. As the relay protection information model of master station CIM(Common Information Model) is too simple to supply the data support for relay protection business,a method for expanding the relay protection models of master station CIM is proposed. As the communication protocol of relay protection information system cannot describe and transmit the models between master and slave stations,which causes the lack of model semantics,a solution adopting IEC61850 communication between master and slave stations is suggested. With an application of relay protection fault analysis as an example,the expansion of relay protection fault analysis models in the CIM of master station is introduced,and the problems and solutions of IEC61850 communication between master and slave stations are presented.
