功角稳定BTTC法与支路暂态势能法关联评析

摘要:
网络节点和支路的受扰信息易于量测,适用于基于响应的稳定分析与控制场景。针对典型两机功率传输系统,分析随功角摇摆的网络节点电压相位及支路相位差的空间分布与时间变化特征,在此基础上,提出基于网络受扰响应构建表征功角稳定水平的指标通用范式;分析支路暂态输电能力(BTTC)法和BTTC指标以及支路暂态势能法与支路稳定测度指标的一致性与差异性,针对支路稳定测度指标应用约束瓶颈,提出一种实用的简化策略。面向交直流混联复杂多机系统的仿真表明,BTTC指标和简化的支路稳定测度指标均具有随着功角稳定性的恶化而单调递减、准确定位关键支路等性能,两者结合应用可提高响应式稳定判别的可靠性。

Abstract:
The disturbed information of network nodes and branches can be easily measured, which is suitable for response-based stability analysis and control scenarios. Aiming at the typical two-machine power transmission system, the spatial distribution and time-varying characteristics of the voltage phase for network nodes and the branch phase difference swaying with the power angle are analyzed, on this basis, the index normal form representing power angle stability level is constructed based on the network disturbed response. The consistency and difference between branch transient transmission capability(BTTC) method as well as BTTC index and branch transient potential energy method as well as branch stability measurement index are analyzed, and aiming at the application constraint bottleneck of branch stability measurement index, a practical simplification strategy is put forward. The simulation of AC/DC hybrid complex multi-machine system shows that the BTTC index and simplified branch stability measurement index have the properties such as monotonically decreasing with the deterioration of power angle stability and accurately locating key branches, the combination of the two can improve the reliability of response stability discrimination.
