基于频率空间特性和灵敏度分析的惯量配置方法

摘要:
随着新能源渗透率的增加和电网规模的扩大,电力系统面临转动惯量降低、频率响应资源分布不均等问题。建立电力系统频率空间特性数学模型,推导节点频率的状态空间方程;鉴于虚拟惯量参数具有连续可变的特点,提出基于节点频率变化率的灵敏度分析方法,明确惯量分布和冲击负荷对空间节点频率变化率的影响;为了有效抑制过大的节点频率变化率,提出惯量配置优化方法。算例结果表明,所提方法能够通过惯量分配抑制系统频率变化率。

Abstract:
Along with the increase of renewable energy penetration rate and the expansion of power grid scale, the power system faces the issues such as the decrease of rotational inertia and the uneven distribution of frequency response resource. The mathematic model of spatial frequency characteristic of power system is built, and the state space equations of node frequency are derived. Considering that virtual inertia parameters have the characteristic of continuous variability, a sensitivity analysis method based on the variation rate of node frequency is proposed to clarify the influence of inertia distribution and impact load on the variation rate of spatial node frequency. In order to effectively suppress the excessive variation rate of node frequency, an optimization method of inertia allocation is proposed. The example results show that the proposed method can suppress the variation rate of system frequency through the inertia allocation.
