考虑电转气两阶段精细化建模的气电氢耦合配网分布鲁棒低碳运行方法

摘要:
针对综合能源系统中电转气(P2G)设备的实际运行工况,研究其在未来能源互联网和低碳电力背景下高效消纳过剩可再生能源的优化策略,提出一种考虑P2G电解水制氢、H2甲烷化两阶段过程精细化建模的气电氢耦合配网低碳经济运行优化模型,并将售氢环节和CO2捕集环节引入气电氢耦合配网低碳运行中,配合改进后的阶梯式碳交易约束,以提升系统运行的灵活性和环保性。进一步考虑不确定性因素带来的风险,构建基于Kullback-Leibler(KL)散度的概率分布模糊集,并将其转化为线性约束,进而提出考虑风电出力和负荷不确定性的气电氢耦合配网分布鲁棒低碳运行方法。仿真结果表明,所提模型能够在保障系统安全运行的前提下,得到权衡经济性和安全性的最优运行决策。

Distributionally robust low-carbon operation method of gas-electricity-hydrogen coupled distribution network considering two-stage refined modeling of power to gas

Abstract:
Aiming at the actual operating conditions of power to gas(P2G) equipment in the integrated energy system, the optimization strategies for efficiently consuming excess renewable energy under the background of the future energy Internet and low-carbon power are studied, and the low-carbon economic operation optimization model of gas-electricity-hydrogen coupled distribution network is proposed, which considers the P2G two-stage process refined modeling of water electrolysis for hydrogen production and H2 methanation. The hydrogen selling link and the CO2 capture link are introduced into the low-carbon operation of gas-electricity-hydrogen coupled distribution network, and the improved ladder-type carbon emission trading constraints are adopted, so as to enhance the flexibility and environmental friendliness of the system operation. Further considering the risks brought by uncertain factors, a probability distribution fuzzy set based on Kullback-Leibler(KL) divergence is constructed and transformed into linear constraints. Then, a distributionally robust low-carbon operation method of gas-electricity-hydrogen coupled distribution network considering the uncertainties of wind power output and load is proposed. The simulative results show that the proposed model can obtain the optimal operation decision that balance economy and security on the premise of ensu-ring the safe operation of the system.
