摘要:
综合能源系统(IES)是支撑新型配电网发展的关键技术之一,可以提高能源利用率和经济效益。因此,计及配电网的运行约束和配电网与多IES的分层分布式协同,提出一种多IES并网的合作规划策略。基于纳什谈判构建考虑电能、热能交易的IES合作规划模型,并采用非对称纳什议价方法分配合作收益。分析考虑配电网运行约束下的多IES能源交易问题,构建配电网与IES联盟的分层协调模型,并采用基于目标级联分析法与交替方向乘子法的完全分布式求解方法对模型进行求解,以保护各主体的隐私与自主性。以多IES并网的改进IEEE 33节点系统为算例进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明所提策略能够在保证配电网安全经济运行的同时,降低各IES的综合成本,实现多主体间的利益协调与隐私保护。

Capacity planning and energy trading optimization of multiple integrated energy systems oriented to distribution network

Abstract:
Integrated energy system(IES) is one of the key technologies supporting the development of new distribution network, which can improve the energy utilization efficiency and economic benefits. Therefore, considering the operational constraints of the distribution network and the hierarchical distributed coordination between the distribution network and multiple IESs, a cooperative planning strategy for the grid-connection of multiple IESs is proposed. Based on Nash negotiation, a cooperative planning model of IES considering electricity and thermal energy trading is constructed, and the cooperative benefits are distributed by using the asymmetric Nash bargaining method. The energy trading problem of the multiple IESs under the operational constraints of the distribution network is analyzed. A hierarchical coordination model between the distribution network and the IES alliance is constructed, and the model is solved by a fully distributed solution method based on the analytical target cascading method and the alternating direction method of multipliers to protect the privacy and autonomy of each subject. Taking the modified IEEE 33-bus system with multiple grid-connected IESs as an example for simulation. Simulative results show that the proposed strategy can ensure the safe and economic operation of the distribution network, while reducing the comprehensive cost of each IES and achieving the interest coordination and privacy protection among multiple subjects.
