计及灾后负荷响应行为多样性的柔性配电网顺序恢复策略

摘要:
在柔性配电网背景下,用户侧负荷蕴藏的灵活调节能力有望助力配电网韧性提升,但其灾后复杂多样的响应行为也对供电恢复提出更高的要求。为此,提出计及灾后负荷响应行为多样性的柔性配电网顺序恢复策略。对典型负荷的灾后响应行为进行分类建模,量化其时序特征与配电网恢复决策序列的耦合关系;以智能软开关为网侧柔性来源,对其灾后运行可能出现的功率双向输出问题进行精准约束,保障灾后配电网的运行安全性与决策可执行性;构建考虑负荷灾后行为多样性与智能软开关灵活控制的双层顺序恢复模型,并将孤岛微电网的规模均匀度指标纳入优化目标,避免因供电路径较长降低整体恢复效率的问题。以改进的IEEE标准算例及上海某区实际配电系统为算例进行仿真验证,结果表明所提策略能够有效刻画和控制负荷及智能软开关的灾后响应行为,在保证孤岛微电网安全运行的同时,加速灾后恢复过程。

Abstract:
Under the background of flexible distribution network, the flexible regulation capacity contained in user-side loads is expected to help enhance the resilience of distribution network. However, the complex and diverse response behaviors after disasters also pose higher requirements for power supply restoration. To this end, a sequential restoration strategy for flexible distribution network considering the diversity of post-disaster load response behaviors is proposed. The post-disaster response behaviors of typical loads are classified and modeled to quantify the coupling relationship between their time series characteristics and the restoration decision sequence of distribution network. The soft open points(SOPs) are used as the grid-side flexible sources, and precise constraints are imposed on the potential bi-directional power output issue during post-disaster operation, to ensure the operational safety and decision-making executability of the post-disaster distribution network. A two-layer sequential restoration model considering the diversity of post-disaster load behavior and the flexible control of SOPs is constructed, and the scale uniformity index of island microgrid is incorporated into the optimization objective to avoid reducing the overall restoration efficiency due to the long power supply path. Simulation verification is carried out by taking the modified IEEE standard examples and an actual distribution system in a certain district of Shanghai as examples. The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively describe and control the post-disaster response behaviors of load and SOPs, and can accelerate the post-disaster restoration process while ensuring the safe operation of island microgrid.
