计及温控负荷多运行状态的主动配电网故障恢复策略

摘要:
近年来,城市电网中温控负荷占比逐渐增加,其功率波动和回流特性严重影响配电网故障恢复策略的实施。为此,在传统恢复策略的基础上,考虑温控负荷多运行状态与可调节能力,提出一种基于动态负荷权重的城市配电网故障恢复策略。构建多运行状态下温控负荷聚合功率模型;依据故障前、后温控负荷功率与室内温度的变化特征量,计算不同节点的动态负荷恢复权重系数;通过某地城市配电系统,对所提基于动态负荷权重的故障恢复策略进行分析验证。结果表明,所提基于动态负荷权重的主动配电网故障恢复策略相较于传统方法能有效提高负荷恢复量,为高比例温控负荷接入下城市配电网故障恢复策略设计提供一种有效的解决方案。

Abstract:
In recent years, the proportion of thermostatically controlled loads(TCLs) in power distribution network has surged, and its power fluctuation and backflow characteristics seriously affect the implementation of fault restoration strategy of distribution network. Therefore, based on the traditional restoration strategy, considering the multiple operating states and adjustable ability of TCLs, a fault restoration strategy of urban distribution network based on dynamic load weight is proposed. The TCL aggregation-power models under multiple operating states are established. According to the change characteristics of TCL power and indoor temperature before and after the fault, the dynamic load restoration weight coefficients of different nodes are calculated. The proposed fault restoration strategy based on dynamic load weight is analyzed and verified through a urban distribution system. The results show that, compared with traditional methods, the proposed service restoration strategy for active distribution network based on dynamic load weight can effectively improve the recovery electricity quantity of load, and provides an effective solution for the fault recovery strategy of urban distribution network with high-TCL penetration.
