计及出清环节限价的省间中长期交易优化

摘要:
为了促进省间中长期集中交易市场良性发展以及响应跨省跨区交易价格的限制政策,提出基于顺序优化的省间中长期集中交易出清模型。该模型根据下层中长期出清平均电价是否满足限价约束,确定2种不同的上层目标函数,为省间市场选择最优交易方案提供了指导。提出出清环节限价下省间中长期集中交易方案削减方法,在兼顾经济性的同时通过迭代削减的方式降低了电价限制。基于实际电网数据,通过仿真分析验证了所提模型的有效性。

Abstract:
In order to promote the healthy development of inter-provincial medium-and long-term centralized transaction market and respond to the policy on inter-provincial and inter-regional transaction price limitation, an inter-provincial medium-and long-term centralized transaction clearing model is proposed based on sequential optimization. The model determines two different upper-level objective functions according to whether or not the average electricity price of medium-and long-term clearing in the lower level meets the price limitation constraint, which provides guidance for selecting the optimal transaction scheme in inter-provincial market. An inter-provincial medium-and long-term centralized transaction scheme reduction method is proposed under price limitation in clearing stage, which reduces the electricity price limitation through iterative reduction mode while considering the economy. Based on the data of actual power grid, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by simulation analysis.
